The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

QEP Energy Company (A0002295): Modify the Mesa 6-7 PAD (F023831) by separating equipment owned and operated by QEP Energy Company from equipment owned and operated by QEPM Gathering I, LLC, located in the SE1/4NW1/4 Section 7, T32N, R109W, approximately seven (7) miles south of Pinedale, in Sublette County, Wyoming. QEP Energy Company has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since VOC and NOx emissions have not changed from the baseline period.

QEP Energy Company has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since VOC and NOx emissions have not changed from the baseline period.

QEP Energy Company has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period. VOC emissions have decreased 0.2 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 0.4 TPY from the baseline period. These reductions have been added to QEP Energy Company’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.

QEP Energy Company has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period. VOC emissions have decreased 0.1 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have not changed from the baseline period. These reductions have been added to QEP Energy Company’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.
