The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

McMurry Ready Mix Company (A0004573): Modify the North Rawlins Quarry by increasing the maximum annual production from 100,000 tons to 500,000 tons. The North Rawlins Quarry, a 115 acre quarry, will include limestone crushing, screening, blasting, exposed acreage, stockpiling, haul activity, a hot mix asphalt plant and a concrete batch plant, located within Section 31, T22N, R87W, approximately two (2) miles north-northwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

Mountain Construction Company (A0002768): Modify Air Quality Permit CT-14666 by replacing one (1) 156.8 hp Caterpillar D100-4S diesel generator (SN:O-R022-0144) with one (1) 963 hp Caterpillar SR4 3508 diesel generator (SN: 23Z02804) (ENG001). The portable hot mix asphalt plant is currently located at the Four Fun Pit in the W½NE¼ of Section 7, T1N, R4E, approximately five (5) miles northwest of Riverton, in Fremont, Wyoming.

Wexpro Company (A0004375): Modify the production facility known as the Trail Unit 3 (F024422), with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate storage tanks, located in the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 3, T13N, R100W, approximately thirty-seven (37) miles south-southwest of Table Rock, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
