Public Notice: Draft Final Remedial Action Plan, Diamond Shamrock #4545

The Storage Tank Program (STP) of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) is proposing remedial actions for a petroleum-impacted site in Wyoming.  The WDEQ/STP is authorized to remediate this site by Article 14 of the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act.

A Draft Final Diamond Shamrock #4545 Remedial Action Plan, describing the project and proposed actions, is available for review.   To review this document, contact the STP Project Manager. 

The proposed remedial method is monitored natural attenuation. Operation of this method will continue until remediation is complete.  The remediation period is estimated to continue for one to ten years.
