WIDA AND DRC ACCOUNTS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2020-21

Returning EL District Test Coordinators (DTCs) and Test Administrators (TAs) should have the same privileges as last year when their WIDA and DRC accounts rolled over in October. Access the DRC Portal and ensure your account privileges are correct for this school year.

New EL DTCs will need to request WIDA and DRC accounts through Antoinette Hallam, the WDE EL Consultant via email at antoinette.hallam@wyo.gov. DTCs set up accounts for Test Administrators in the WIDA Secure Portal. Access is available as follows:

  • Throughout the SY - WIDA accounts and Screener privileges.
  • Early 2020-21 SY - DRC accounts.

WDE684 ERROR CORRECTION DEADLINE

WDE684 Errors in Districts Due Monday, November 9

Communication about WDE684 data errors was sent to districts last week. Error reports were created because information provided by districts was not accurate and must be corrected. This data collection is required by the US Department of Justice to identify and assess a student’s English Language Proficiency (ELP) in order to provide appropriate language assistance services.
