Committee Meeting: October 17 in Cheyenne
This application is for any Wyoming educator interested in participating in the WY-ALT Content Alignment Review Committee meeting set for October 17, 2019 in Cheyenne. Travel and lodging reimbursements will be offered to committee members who travel 50 or more miles one way to Little America Hotel and Resort in Cheyenne. All applications submitted by 11:59 p.m. on September 27, 2019, will be considered.

Training Registration Opens on September 30 on the Wyoming Assessment Portal.
All Spring 2020 Alternate Assessment Test Administrators (ALT-TA) must attend a WY-ALT training, either online or in person, in order to administer the WY-ALT. If an ALT-TA attended the Spring 2019 WY-ALT Training and administered the Alternate Assessment, they may attend this year’s training online. If an ALT-TA did not administer the WY-ALT last year, they must attend an in-person training.
Training Locations and Dates:
- Tuesday, December 10, in Afton, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 10, in Afton, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, December 12, in Riverton, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Thursday, December 12, in Riverton, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Friday, December 13, in Lusk, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Friday, December 13, in Lusk, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, January 23, Online, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
In addition, all Spring 2020 ALT-TAs must complete the online Test Administrator Certification Course, available via the Wyoming Assessment Portal.

AMS Accounts updated for the 19-20 SY
To assist with the management of the WIDA assessment, WIDA AMS user accounts were updated to the current school year for educators who already had an AMS account. District Test Coordinators must create accounts for new Test Administrators or make account updates for existing users. For additional information about managing user accounts, please reference the WIDA Assessment Management System (WIDA AMS) User Guide located in WIDA AMS following the File Path: All Applications>General Information>Documents.
