WIDA and DRC retired the Testing Site Manager (TSM) and implemented Central Office Services-Service Device (COS-SD) for the ACCESS for ELLs Online and WIDA Screener Online administrations. August 15 was the deadline for all LEAs using the Testing Site Manager (TSM) to switch over to Central Office Services (COS) Service Device. Documentation supporting this technology transition can be found in both https://wida.wisc.edu and the WIDA Secure Portal in the Download Library. If districts do not transition to COS and delete TSM configurations, student Screener experiences will most likely be impacted. Districts must transition to COS and delete TSM prior to ACCESS for ELLs Online testing.
For questions, contact DRC Customer Support at 1-855-787-9615 or WIDA@DataRecognitionCorp.com.

Annual re-certification of the WIDA screener training course is required.
Wyoming requires annual re-certification training to administer the WIDA Screener; the English Language Proficiency Assessment given to incoming students in grades 1-12. The WIDA Screener assists educators with the identification of students as English language learners. The WIDA Screener training course includes content and training modules that prepare school personnel to give the WIDA Screener online and/or on paper.
To access the training course, log in to the https://wida.wisc.edu/ website, then log in to the "My Account & Secure Portal" and ACCESS for ELLs Training Courses. Next, choose either WIDA Screener online or WIDA Screener paper.
