AIR does not recommend updating your Chromebook machines to version 73 before testing. AIR is working closely with Google to address an issue in Chromebooks using version 73 that does not enable the TTS accommodation to be used correctly. The field will be updated once AIR confirms resolution for this version.
Please contact wyohelpdesk@air.org for support to help provide a workaround for Chromebooks that are using version 73.

The WY-ALT testing window will close on Wednesday, May 1. All testing must be concluded by this date. There will be no extensions.
Building Coordinators must return all paper-accommodated test materials to AIR by Wednesday, May 8. Directions for returning test materials can be found on page 22 in the Directions for Administration Manual.
The delivery date for the Spring 2019 paper Individual Score Reports (ISR) has been adjusted to no later than September 11, 2019, to allow adequate time for packaging and shipping. Scores will still be available in the Online Reporting System (ORS) on August 13, 2019.

The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) seeks general education, special education, content specialists, academic coaches, curriculum directors, and administrators to participate in standard setting for the WY-ALT assessments in English Language Arts grades 3-10, mathematics grades 3-10, and Science grades 4, 8, and 10. Travel and lodging reimbursements will be offered to panel members traveling from outside of Cheyenne. All applications submitted by 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2019 will be considered. Please note preference will be given to applicants who apply by March 1, 2019.
