Internet Explorer Is No Longer Compatible with the WDE Website
Microsoft will be discontinuing support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) by the end of 2025. In addition, the State of Wyoming is no longer considering it a modern web browser. IE is plagued with bugs, security problems, and tends to cause performance issues. Due to these issues, the WDE Website is no longer compatible nor supported using IE. When accessing the WDE website some pages may not load properly and users will find that drop boxes are unavailable. Users are advised to no longer access the WDE website with Internet Explorer and use an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
The ESSA School Level Report Will Be Available
By End of Day December 10.
The ESSA School Level Report will be available on the WDE Website, Data and Reporting Page under the Data Reports Header by the end of the day. District Title I Directors will be notified as soon as the report is posted.
Fusion Administrators Have A New Directory Tool Called WyEdPro
Fusion Administrators will now be referred to as WyEd Administrators. The WyEdPRO Application will be made available on the Data and Reporting Page of the WDE Website. Users can access the site by clicking on the WyEdPRO logo on the right side of the page and using their WyEd credentials to login. WyEd Administrators will be able to create and edit user accounts, approve account requests, and access directory information. The WDE608 and WDE609 data collections are being redesigned and will not be accessible, districts who need to edit a staff member's information will need to do it through WyEd PRO.
Confidential Reports have been moved to the WDE Website
Confidential data reports can be found on the WDE Website by clicking on the Data and Reporting Link and then expanding the Data Reports tab. The new portal is called District Data Reports Link. Users will be required to login with their new WyEd logincredentials to access the reporting portal. To access reports click on the appropriate tab in the tool bar (Assessment Confidential, Accountability Confidential, Finance, CTE, WDE602 Staffing Data, WDE684 Enrollment Data). Users will be able to see all report links but they will only be able to access reports they have rights to.
New Login Credentials Required to Login to WDE Applications and Confidential Reports
The WDE successfully migrated over to a new active directory this weekend and all WDE applications and confidential data reports have been moved to the Data and Reporting page of the WDE website. To access WDE systems users will need to have their new WyEd login credentials. An instructional video, that shows you how to create your new WyEd login credentials, is located on the Fusion website at the top of the homepage in a scrolling message.The Fusion website will be maintained until December 31st.
Once your WyEd login password has been created you can login to WDE Systems, your username will be your your WISER ID or work email. Users will be required to login with their WISER ID when using the password reset tool.
WDE systems that require the new login credentials include: The State Report Manager (SRM), Data Collection Suite (DCS), Electronic Signature Forms, DirectCert, WyCTE, Canvas LMS, Hathaway Data Station, WISER ID System, WyEd Pro, and Report Viewer which includes confidential accountability, assessment, finance, WDE684 and WDE602 reports and error reports for all data collections.
Please Note:
Applications that are not affected include the Grants Management System, Child Nutrition Program, and the Wyoming Transcript Center.
