FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
A Great Way to End the Weekend
$61,000 prize split between two lucky winners
MADISON, Wis. – Sunday was a great day for two Wisconsin Lottery players, each taking home $30,500 of Badger 5's $61,000 jackpot. This is the second time in two weeks a Badger 5 jackpot drawing produced more than one winner.
The winning numbers (12, 14, 15, 21 and 25) were matched in two locations. Pick N Save (1900 Jackson Street) in Oshkosh sold one of the winning tickets and Salem Mini Mart (8246 Antioch Road) in Salem sold the other. The winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize in person at the Madison or Milwaukee Lottery Office or by mail.
Drawings occur daily after 9 p.m. Tickets must be purchased before 9 p.m. to be included in that day’s drawing. The odds of matching all five numbers to win the Badger 5 jackpot are 1 in 169,911.
