Tonight, I have the honor of addressing you, the
people of Wisconsin, about our top priorities and investments as we approach
the next state budget.
Looking forward, we’re focused on creating better schools for our children, a
more affordable University of Wisconsin System for college students, greater
opportunities at our technical colleges, care for Wisconsin’s most in need,
maintenance of our roads and bridges, lower taxes for families and seniors, and
ways to reward work.
Those are just a few of the priorities we’ll talk about tonight. To hear all
about how we’re working and winning for Wisconsin, I invite you to tune in
tonight for the 2017 Budget Address.
