SUBJECT: FY 2023 County Transportation Services Grant
The application for the County Transportation Services Grant, WDVA 2110, for Fiscal Year 2023 is now available. In addition to the application (WDVA 2110), a one-page supplement form (WDVA 2110A) is available. The WDVA 2110A may be completed and submitted in lieu of submitting other required supporting documentation. Both documents are available on the WDVA Grants webpage and the WDVA Toolkit webpage.
In addition to other eligibility requirements provided in s. 45.83, Stats. and s. VA 16.02, this grant opportunity to develop, maintain, and expand transportation services for veterans is only offered to counties, or federally recognized tribes that are NOT served by transportation services provided by the Wisconsin Department of Disabled American Veterans.
Completed application materials must be submitted by November 2, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., via scan and email to vetsbenefitsgrants@dva.wisconsin.gov. Please use “2023 County Transportation Grant” in the subject line. Completed applications may also be mailed to Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs, Attn. Grants Unit, PO Box 7843, Madison, Wisconsin 53707-7843. Mailed applications must be post marked on or by November 2, 2022.
An email announcing the availability of the County Transportation Grant is also being sent to the County Administrator for each of the 72 counties, the Tribal Veteran Service Officers, and the leader of each tribe.
