Dear Rock River Colleagues,

Thank you for your ongoing interest and support for the Rock River Recovery.  We've had a great deal of activity this past month!  The annual meeting was held on Sept 17 at U.W. Whitewater and presentations have been uploaded to the Rock River website.

We are consolidating notes from the breakout groups and these will be added to the website shortly.

Meeting attendees requested we share the registration list to facilitate communication.  This is attached to this email.

 

A meeting was held with agronomists at UWEX Jefferson on Sept 23 to discuss coordination and opportunities for working on watershed nonpoint source conservation measures.  The Agriculture Sector Team also met on October 6th.  If you'd like more information contact the Ag Sector Team Leader Mike Gilbertson at;

An Implementation Team meeting was held October 1 at the DNR office in Fitchburg.  Meeting minutes will be posted to the website and distributed shortly.

 Lastly, while we don't have exact dates, times, or locations set yet, a reminder to stay tuned for announcements for the following Sector Team meetings:

- MS4/Stormwater

- Assessment and Monitoring

- Implementation Team
