WI Bat Festival

WI Bat Festival, October 3-5, 2014

In the October 2014 issue of WNR magazine, learn about the critical role bats play in keeping insect populations in balance and also how to build a home for them.

And, coming to Milwaukee October 3-5 is the Wisconsin Bat Festival. This is a family-friendly event where you can meet live bats from around the world – including a bat with a 6-foot wingspan! This science symposium features bat programs, children's activities, crafts and more.
