Celebrate the history of the Wisconsin State Park System at the Wisconsin State Fair!
A Journey Through Time At The Wisconsin State Fair

From July 31 through Aug. 10, DNR staff and history displays can be found in the north building at Exploratory Park, on the south side of Main Street across from The Dairy Building.

Admission Pass And Trail Pass Sales
This year, 12-month vehicle admission passes and annual state trail passes will be available for sale at State Fair.
A 12-month vehicle admission pass to Wisconsin's state parks and forests is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase, and is a great value for visitors who plan to visit state park properties throughout the year. The pass is marked at the time of purchase to indicate the month/year in which it expires. The pass will remain valid until the final day of the month/year in which it is marked.
A state trail pass is required for all people age 16 or older who bike, cross-country ski, horseback ride or inline skate on certain state trails. The 2025 annual state trail passes are valid through Dec. 31, 2025.
