Background Information
This intended use plan identifies how federal capitalization grant monies will be used and describes how the Clean Water Fund Program will operate during the state fiscal year 2026 funding cycle.
The DNR's Environmental Loans Section publishes each draft of the intended use plan for public comment prior to finalization. The final intended use plan is included in the DNR's federal capitalization grant application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
