Clean Water Fund Program And Safe Drinking Water Loan Program State Fiscal Year 2025 Final Intended
Use Plans Published
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR)'s Environmental Loans Section published the Clean Water Fund Program and the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program state fiscal year 2025 final intended use plans on the Project Lists and Intended Use Plans webpage on Dec. 19, 2024.
The corresponding program’s intended use plan identifies how federal capitalization grant monies and other monies in the fund will be used, how the DNR program supports the goals of the federal Clean Water or Safe Drinking Water Act and describes how the DNR program will operate during the state fiscal year 2025 funding cycle.
The DNR publishes each draft intended use plan for public comment prior to finalization. The final intended use plan is included in the DNR's federal capitalization grant application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
