Register Now for Fall 2026 Mastering Past Non-compliance Workshops
As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement & Training (UWO CCDET), invites you to register for upcoming Mastering Past Noncompliance: Turning Deficiencies into Demonstrated Compliance.
This workshop focuses on understanding and applying Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidance related to Past Noncompliance (PNC) in nursing homes. Participants will learn how to identify PNC situations, document corrective actions, and present survey-ready evidence. The workshop helps providers demonstrate compliance and potentially reduce regulatory penalties. Approved for 4.0 NAB continuing education hours for Nursing Home Administrators (NHAs).
