As part of our ongoing commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement & Training (UWO CCDET), invites you to register for upcoming Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project workshops.
Registration remains open for one September workshop:
Investigating & Reporting Requirements for Federally Certified Providers focuses on federal requirements for investigating and reporting allegations of mistreatment in nursing homes, ICFs/IID, and swing bed hospitals. Participants will review key definitions, investigation expectations, and reporting timelines to help support regulatory compliance. Registration closes September 8, so reserve your spot today!
