Assisted Living In-Person Provider Forums

As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) invites Assisted Living providers to attend in-person forums hosted by DQA’s Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) regional offices. The Assisted Living Forum provides an opportunity for assisted living providers, administrators, caregivers, and industry professionals to discuss important topics impacting assisted living services and resident care. These forums are designed to encourage collaboration, provide regulatory updates, and support continuous quality improvement within Wisconsin’s assisted living communities.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • Updates and guidance regarding assisted living regulations and requirements
  • Best practices in resident care and service delivery
  • Current local and national trends affecting assisted living providers
  • Helpful tools to prepare for and navigate surveys
