Vaccine Shipping Information for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program

This message is being sent to VFC providers, Tribal health directors, local health officers, and select DHS employees.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has shared a letter regarding verification of vaccine shipped to VFC providers.

Please share this letter with all staff so that they will be prepared to provide delivery information if CDC contacts your office regarding vaccine delivery verification.
