As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) invites assisted living providers and stakeholders to attend the Assisted Living Forum on June 16, 2026, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. The Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) and other guest speakers will provide information on several topics including:
- BAL updates
- Wisconsin Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) Prevention Program updates
- Survey readiness and shared expectations during a survey
- WI Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry updates
- Provider Finder Overview

Assisted living providers and stakeholders may submit questions to be addressed at the Forum by emailing DHSDQABALCentral@dhs.wisconsin.gov no later than 3 p.m. on June 15, 2026.
Please use the Question & Answer (Q&A) feature within the Zoom meeting room to submit questions during the Forum. Questions related to funding should be submitted to the Managed Care Organizations or the Wisconsin Division of Medicaid Services.
The Assisted Living Forum is intended for professionals working in the industry to share best practices and stay informed on evolving issues to serve their customers. If you are a member of the media, you are welcome to attend, however, please refrain from asking questions during the Q&A portion of the event.
