Assisted Living Renewals - Live Q & A Session, May 20, 2026

As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) launched an online system, the DHS DQA Provider Portal, for licensure/certification, background checks, applications, renewals, and certification amendments in December 2025.

Please join DQA staff on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 10:00-11:30 a.m. for an overview of the DHS DQA Provider Portal and how to complete the assisted living licensing renewals process. This meeting will not include the application process. Assisted living providers are encouraged to attend the Assisted Living Renewals Live Q & A Session.

This session for assisted living providers will include:

An overview of how to access and navigate the portal
How to complete your assisted living renewal process through the portal
General questions regarding your renewal and the portal
