As part of our ongoing commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement & Training (UWO CCDET), is pleased to offer both virtual and in-person workshops available through the Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project.
These sessions provide practical guidance and clear regulatory insight for administrators, supervisors, HR professionals, and others responsible for oversight and compliance in DQA-regulated healthcare settings.

New Workshop Spotlight
Mastering Past Noncompliance: Turning Deficiencies into Demonstrated Compliance This new 4-hour workshop is designed for nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, compliance staff, and others responsible for survey readiness. Participants will learn how to:
- Clearly demonstrate correction of deficiencies
- Provide credible evidence of sustained compliance
- Build survey-ready documentation
- Implement effective monitoring strategies
