Spring Workshops Available

As part of our ongoing commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement & Training (UWO CCDET), is pleased to offer both virtual and in-person workshops available through the Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project.

These sessions are designed to deliver practical guidance and clear regulatory insight to administrators, supervisors, HR professionals, and others responsible for oversight and compliance in DQA-regulated healthcare settings.

Note: The new Mastering Past Noncompliance workshop provides a practical overview of Past Noncompliance (PNC) and how it is applied during the nursing home survey process. Participants will learn how to identify and correct deficient practices, implement effective monitoring, and develop clear documentation that demonstrates sustained compliance.
