Register Now for Early April 2026 Workshops!

As part of our ongoing commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement & Training (UWO CCDET), is pleased to share the April virtual workshops available through the Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project.

Early April workshops are approaching quickly, and we’re actively monitoring registrations this week. If you’ve been planning to attend, now is the time to secure your spot.

April 8 – Investigating and Reporting Allegations of Misconduct: Meeting State Regulations
For individuals responsible for conducting background checks on employees and contractors in DQA-regulated settings.

April 9 – Rules of the Road: Compliance Pathways for New & Existing Providers
For individuals responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in newly licensed/certified and established assisted living and homecare providers.

April 14 – Setting Your Training Course: Navigating the Regulations
Designed for those responsible for ensuring staff training meets regulatory compliance across care settings.

April 28 – 5 Steps to Caregiver Background Checks: Completing Checks & Evaluating Results
For individuals responsible for conducting background checks in DQA-regulated settings.
