New Resources Available

As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is pleased to announce the addition of Nursing Home Compliance History and Statistics to the Department of Health Services’ website.

The webpage includes survey statistics and consumer reports. Data will be updated regularly and include Wisconsin, CMS Region 5, and national data for comparison. Because of the transition to new federal software, DQA is no longer able to produce regional office-specific information.
