Personal Care AgenciesRenewal/Annual Report Process and Operational Updates in the DHS DQA Provider Portal
As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) launched an online system for licensure/certification, background checks, applications, renewals, and certification amendments in December 2025. The new system is called the DHS DQA Provider Portal. Please join DQA staff on Wednesday March 11, 2026, from 2-3 p.m. to get a provider overview for Personal Care Agencies (PCAs).
The forum for PCAs will include:
- Completing the annual report/renewal in the DHS DQA Provider Portal (‘Portal’)
- Submitting operational updates through the Portal
- Provider Questions and Answers
