Call for Presenters - FOCUS 2026 Conference
As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) FOCUS 2026 Conference planning committee is currently accepting proposals for keynote presentations and 60 or 75-minute breakout sessions.
The Online Proposal Form will remain open through the application deadlines, with keynote proposals due by March 9, 2026, and all other session proposals due by April 6, 2026. The FOCUS planning committee will review submissions after the deadlines and notify selected presenters.
FOCUS 2026 will be held at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells on November 18 and 19, 2026.
FOCUS brings together provider associations, health care providers, and Division of Quality Assurance staff to improve care and services for Wisconsin elders and those with disabilities. FOCUS is a unique opportunity to teach, learn, and collaborate.
The conference serves:
- Aging and Disability Resource Centers
- Assisted Living Facilities
- Division of Quality Assurance
- Facilities Serving Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Nursing Homes
We are looking for proposals that apply to a variety of provider types.
The conference is intended to be applicable to regulators, administrators, case/discharge managers, caregivers, dietitians/dietetic technicians, medical directors, nurses, pharmacists, quality improvement managers, risk managers, social workers, and therapists.
