As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) invites assisted living providers and partners to attend the Assisted Living Forum on February 10, 2026, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. The Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) and other guest speakers will provide information on several topics including:

• BAL updates
• Survey process overview and helpful hints
• Home and Community Based Services question and answer session
  Pharmacy updates
• Northwood Technical College - Gerontology program updates

Assisted living providers and stakeholders may submit questions to be addressed at the Forum by emailing DHSDQABALCentral@dhs.wisconsin.gov no later than 3 p.m. on February 9, 2026.

Please use the Question & Answer (Q&A) feature within the Zoom meeting room to submit questions during the Forum. Questions related to funding should be submitted to the Managed Care Organizations or the Wisconsin Division of Medicaid Services.

The Assisted Living Forum is intended for professionals working in the industry to share best practices and stay informed on evolving issues to serve their customers. If you are a member of the media, you are welcome to attend, however, please refrain from asking questions during the Q & A portion of the event.
