As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), thank you for being part of the 25th anniversary FOCUS Conference. We are grateful for your engagement, energy, and commitment to quality in Wisconsin’s assisted living and long-term care communities.

Recorded sessions from FOCUS 2025 are now available in Whova. You can access the videos directly in the app or via the desktop site using the same login you used during the conference.

Conference attendees can report their session attendance for continuing education hours by completing the 25th Annual Focus Conference Continuing Education Reporting. Select the “Register” button under the title “2025 FOCUS Conference Continuing Education.” Certificates of attendance are available on the Event Dashboard. Your email confirmation will provide directions on how to create an account in the dashboard if you are a new user.
