As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) provides the following notification from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

CMS has published new guidance and mandatory, required CMPRP grant application materials on the Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program information website. Please download the application handbook, required application template, and required application budget spreadsheet. Be sure to carefully review the handbook before completing a CMPRP grant application.

The DQA Nursing Home Grant (CMPRP) webpage has additional information about CMPRP projects in Wisconsin.
