Investigating and Reporting Misconduct Workshops Next Week!
As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the WI Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training (UWO CCDET), looks forward to helping you meet investigation reporting requirements.
There is still time to register for these Virtual Workshops:
September 24 – Investigating & Reporting Requirements for Federally Certified Providers
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations for investigating and reporting mistreatment in nursing homes, ICFs/IID, and swing bed hospitals.
September 25 – Investigating & Reporting Allegations of Misconduct for State Providers
- Ensure your investigations and reports comply with DQA regulations in state-licensed and certified facilities — including assisted living, home care, mental health and substance use treatment providers, and more.
Training Access & Workshop Materials Approximately 48 hours after registering, you will receive an automated email containing:
- A link to access the virtual training session
- A link to required workshop materials
