As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the WI Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training (UWO CCDET), is excited to launch the Fall Workshop Series.

• September 17 – 5 Steps to Caregiver Background Checks
• September 24 – Investigating & Reporting Requirements for Federally Certified Providers
• September 25 – Investigating & Reporting Allegations of Misconduct for State Providers

Training Access & Workshop Materials
