Save the Date – Annual Wisconsin Nurse Aide Training and Testing Forum September 25, 2025

As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is pleased to invite Wisconsin-approved nurse aide training program representatives and instructors to DQA’s annual in-person Nurse Aide Training and Testing Forum. This year’s Forum will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Program designees are asked to complete the registration survey by September 15, 2025 to reserve a seat for the forum.
