You are invited to attend the 25th annual FOCUS Conference for health care providers and DQA staff on November 19 and 20, 2025. The 2-day conference will be held at the KI Center in Green Bay.
The information shared at this event will be most useful for:
- Administrators and case/discharge managers
- Caregivers
- Medical directors, nurses, pharmacists, quality/risk managers, social workers
- Staff from nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and residential care settings
- DHS Division of Quality Assurance staff
- Provider association representatives
