Errors Accessing SAS Electronic Data Warehouse for CLTS Claims and Prior Authorizations

Due to recent updates, the CLTS Claims Extract and some fields in the CLTS Advanced Query Builder (AQB) named below are not currently accessible to CWAs. Currently, CWA users will receive an error when trying to use the CLTS Claims Extract or the CLTS AQB to extract these fields. The CLTS AQB will work if the fields are excluded. We are working with SAS to make these reports and fields accessible for CWAs. SAS will release a fix on July 24, after which DHS will review and send a message to CWAs.

CWA users will receive an error message when using the CLTS AQB to extract the following information:

Submitter Org Name
Billing Provider Tax ID
Procedure Code Description and Procedure Code Long Description
Revenue Code Description
