Accessing CLTS Claims and Prior Authorizations Using the SAS Electronic Data Warehouse

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has transitioned to ForwardHealth, the state’s fiscal agent, for Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program prior authorizations and claims processing. Existing reports in the SAS Enterprise Data Warehouse have been updated to improve functionality. County waiver agencies can access these updated reports, which include:

CLTS Advanced Query Builder (AQB)
CLTS Authorizations Reports
CLTS Reconciliation Template External
CLTS Claims Extract
CLTS Inpatient Overlap Report
