Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project - Summer Update
As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the WI Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training (UWO CCDET) are here to help you meet your training needs. Summer at CCDET means getting ready for fall presentations, including virtual workshop offerings and FOCUS Conference break-out sessions. CCDET is also excited to partner with DQA to develop the following new materials which will be available in 2026:
- Honoring Client & Resident Rights (On-Demand Course)
- Medication Administration & Errors (Continuing Education)
Hear from Caregivers Like You
At the Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project, CCDET is proud to support caregivers, managers, and supervisors across a wide range of healthcare settings with practical, affordable training focused on quality and compliance. The workshops are designed with DQA and tailored to meet the specific needs of providers regulated by the division, giving participants the knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional care. But the real story is best told by those who’ve taken part. See what workshop participants are saying about their experience and how the training is helping them grow professionally while enhancing the care they provide. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
