Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 88 Economic Impact Comment Period

As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn, and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is requesting comments on the economic impact of draft proposed rule, Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 88, relating to 3-4 bed licensed adult family homes. Licensed adult family homes provide care, treatment, or services to three or four adults that are above the level of room and board, including up to seven hours per week of nursing care per resident.

We are soliciting information and input from individuals, businesses, associations representing businesses, local governmental units, and others who may be affected by the proposed rule for use in analyzing and determining the economic impact that the rule would have on businesses, individuals, and others.

Comments on the proposed rule will be accepted through September 12, 2025.
