As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) would like to make you aware of an upcoming DQA regional office move at our Northwestern Regional Office (NWRO), in Eau Claire.
On July 15, 2025, NWRO, currently located at 610 Gibson Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, will relocate to 718 West Clairemont Avenue, Room 122, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, 54701-4558.
Beginning July 15, 2025, mail being sent to NWRO, other than packages from FedEx and UPS, should be sent to our new PO Box address as follows:
