Apply to Administer Healthy Food Incentive Program

Organizations invited to help encourage FoodShare members to use their benefits to purchase fruits and vegetables

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is soliciting applications for nonprofits to administer the Healthy Food Incentive Program, designed by the state legislature under 2023 Wisconsin Act 201. This program seeks to incentivize FoodShare members to use their benefits to buy fruits and vegetables at eligible retailers throughout the state by matching the amount that they spend.

DHS will identify nonprofit organization(s) to administer the program through a competitive request for applications (RFA) process.

Materials for the RFA are available on the DHS website.
