Joint Office Hours with CLTS Operations Team and DHS
The Department of Health Services (DHS) and the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Operations Team will be offering county waiver agencies (CWAs) an opportunity to meet to address questions or concerns related to prior authorizations and claims in the ForwardHealth Portal.
Office hour logistics
- Meetings will be with a DHS CLTS subject matter expert, any additional subject matter experts necessary, and a member of the CLTS Operations Team.
- The meetings will be 15 minutes long.
- Office hours will be held Wednesday mornings from 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
- A Teams link will be provided once the time slot is scheduled.
Scheduling a meeting
- Email the CLTS Operations Team at cltsoperations@gainwell.com.
- Subject Line: Office Hours
- Identify up to three topics to discuss during the meeting, including screenshot examples, if applicable.
- The CLTS Operations Team will confirm the timeslot and provide the link for the meeting.
This opportunity will only be available for a short period of time to support the transition to using the ForwardHealth Portal.
