ForwardHealth Portal Message Center
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has transitioned to using the ForwardHealth Portal for the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program prior authorizations (PAs) and claims.
Stay informed
CLTS providers have access to important information messaged from DHS directly in the portal. After logging into the portal, CLTS providers can click the Message Center tab to see new messages.
Sign up for new message alerts
Don’t miss a new message! Sign up for portal text messages or email alerts. These alerts let providers know when there is a new secure portal message. Go to the Message Center and click Notification Preferences. Add your email and phone number, agree to the Terms and Conditions, then hit Submit.
