Children’s Long-Term Support Functional Screen Functional Screener Learning Center Update
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (UWO) Center for Community Development, Education and Training (CCDET) is moving the current Functional Screener Learning Center to a new platform.
All functional screen trainees who have not completed the Certified Functional Screener Training by 4 p.m. on May 30 should save their progress or they will be required to restart the training in the new platform starting June 9. Screeners will receive instructions on how to save their progress and print their certification in a separate direct email.
The Functional Screener Learning Center which houses the Children’s Functional Screen Certified Screener Training will be unavailable from Saturday, May 31, through Friday, June 6, 2025.
Important dates

May 30: Last day the Learning Center will be available on Pathlore (current platform)

May 31–June 6, 2025: Learning Center will be down, with no access

June 9: Learning Center will be available in Cornerstone
Although the Learning Center will not be available for training the week of June 2, new screeners can be registered during that week.
What you need to do
- Staff currently in the process of taking the Children’s Long-Term Support Functional Screen training must save it by 4 p.m. on May 30.
- Watch for email correspondence from UWO CCDET on how to print and save previous training transcripts and how to access the new platform in Cornerstone.
Note: The link that will be provided to Cornerstone for the Learning Center will be different than the Cornerstone link for the Children’s Support and Service Coordinator Training.
