Important expense reports update
Please be advised: Expense reports submitted between February 15, 2025 and the March 15, 2025 deadline were paid on March 27, 2025.
In addition to this process variation, it is necessary for the GEARS section to perform two April 2025 payment batch cycles.
First payment cycle
The first April payment cycle has completed and include all expense reports submitted Tuesday, March 16, 2025, through Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Payment for these reimbursements have an expected payment date of Monday, April 14, 2025. Reports submitted during this cycle are available. Please use the Processing Date of 4/9/25 to look up the related 603 and 620 reports.
Second payment cycle
The second GEARS payment cycle will include expense reports submitted between Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and Wednesday, April 15, 2025. These reimbursements will pay no later than the 5th of the following month, as per the contract payment terms. For reports submitted during this cycle, please refer to the GEARS Processing and Payment Schedule to find the Processing Date needed for the 603 and 620 reports. This date will be published the week of April 21, 2025.
