Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP) Grant Application Suspension

As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) would like to provide the following notification from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

CMS continues to operate under a communication and approval freeze for any proposed Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP) grant programs or project extensions/continuations.

The suspension includes CMPRP grant applications administered by the Department of Health Services, Division of Quality Assurance, and Quality Assurance and Improvement Committee. CMS will follow up with any inquiries and/or application status requests as soon as conditions permit them to resume the process.
