PeerPlace Updates: Week of March 17–21  

New enhancements added to PeerPlace Resource Directory

The following enhancements have been added to the PeerPlace Resource Directory:

  • Resource Directory editors are now able to inactivate (archive) a resource.
  • Users are now able to see all addresses listed when searching for a resource.
  • There is an updated view available in the drafts folder that displays the name of the editor of the resource.

Reminder: PeerPlace ADR program training sessions for ADRC specialists and Tribal ADRSs

The Office for Resource Center Development will be hosting two ADR program training sessions for ADRC specialists and Tribal ADRSs.

These sessions will focus on all aspects of ADR program data entry in the PeerPlace case management and reporting system. Each session will contain unique content.

Registration is not required. Both sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on demand in the PeerPlace Training Vimeo Showcase and in the PeerPlace Information for ADRC Specialists and Tribal ADRS page on SharePoint. 

Reminder: Optional Resource Directory drop-in call session for directors and Resource Directory editors

The Office for Resource Center for Development will be hosting open office hours on Wednesday, March 19, from 1–2 p.m.

This session for directors and Resource Directory editors will focus on answering user questions, reviewing scheduled Resource Directory enhancements and new tools, and discussing best practices.

Registration is not required. The session will be recorded and available for viewing on demand in the PeerPlace Training Vimeo Showcase and in the PeerPlace Information for Administrators and Resource Directory Editors page on SharePoint. 

Reminder: PeerPlace drop-in sessions for benefit specialists

Drop-in sessions for benefit specialists have been scheduled for the following dates:

These are optional opportunities for benefit specialist program staff to ask questions about PeerPlace. In additional to Q&A, the March meeting will demonstrate the View Builder tool, and the April meeting will review benefit specialist program reports.

Registration is not required. The meetings will be recorded and available for viewing on demand in the PeerPlace Training Vimeo Showcase and in the PeerPlace Information for Disability and Elder Benefit Specialists page on SharePoint.
