WisCaregiver CDCP is a no-cost solution to Wisconsin's caregiver crisis. We offer free training to advance current and prospective caregivers, helping them become certified direct care professionals (CDCPs).

One valuable component of the program is the WisCaregiver Connections online workforce platform that gives hiring employers exclusive access to certified workers.

WisCaregiver Connections makes it easy for eligible HCBS employers* like you to find certified caregivers to fill open positions—at no charge. This one-stop platform lets you:

  • Post job openings
  • Match with jobseekers
  • Screen candidate profiles and credentials

Training is also available for your current employees

Enhance the skills of your current employees by offering them this professional development opportunity. They can take the 30-hour, online CDCP training at their own pace. They'll gain critical knowledge in 14 core competencies and earn bonuses of up to $500 at no cost to you. All you need to do is register as an eligible employer.
