Assisted Living Forum: February 11, 2025
As part of the Division’s commitment to Teach, Learn and Collaborate, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) invites assisted living providers and stakeholders to attend the Assisted Living Forum on February 11, 2025, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. The Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) and other guest speakers will provide information on several topics:
- BAL regulatory updates
- Infection control prevention and planning
- Best practices regarding choking prevention and modified diets
- APS investigation process and best practices

Questions
Assisted living providers and stakeholders may submit questions to be addressed at the Forum by emailing DHSDQABALCentral@dhs.wisconsin.gov no later than 3 p.m. on February 7, 2025.
Please use the Question & Answer (Q&A) feature within the Zoom meeting room to submit questions during the Forum. Questions related to funding should be submitted to the Managed Care Organizations or the Wisconsin Division of Medicaid Services.
The Assisted Living Forum is intended for professionals working in the industry to share best practices and stay informed on evolving issues to serve their customers. If you are a member of the Media, you are welcome to attend, however, please refrain from asking questions during the Q & A portion of the event.
