PeerPlace Updates: Week of January 6–10
Update your PeerPlace login links by Friday, January 10, 2025.
The website address (URL) that takes you to the OKTA dashboard (the one with the "tiles") should no longer be used. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) will be disabling all PeerPlace tiles on the OKTA dashboard and old login links will be discontinued on January 10, 2025.
Many PeerPlace users have reported MyWisconsin ID lockouts. The most common reason for getting locked out is using an incorrect URL to log in.
The correct URLs are:
When you use these URLs to log in to PeerPlace, your browser should display the DHS logo along with a blue "Sign In" button. If your screen looks different, then you are using the wrong URL.
Please delete any bookmarks you may have saved that take you to the old page (the one that shows the PeerPlace tiles). Bookmarks that you created during the login process may also be incorrect. Please use only the URLs listed above in your bookmarks.
Managing your MyWisconsin ID
MyWisconsin ID account management is primarily self-service. From the Wisconsin Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) MyWisconsin ID Portal you can reset your password, modify multifactor authentication (MFA) selections, and more. Learn more about self-service functions and how to make changes to your MyWisconsin ID account.
When logging in to manage your MyWisconsin ID, always start from this URL: https://apps.wisconsin.gov.
Do not use "https://dhs-apps.wisconsin.gov" for any MyWisconsin ID account changes. Doing so may cause your account to be locked.
If you have issues with your MyWisconsin ID, please call the MyWisconsin ID Support Desk at 608-471-6667 for assistance.
Reminder: Optional PeerPlace Q&A opportunity for benefit specialists
A PeerPlace drop-in call for benefit specialists will take place on Thursday, January 16, from 2:35 to 4 p.m. This is an optional opportunity for benefit specialists to meet with state program managers Cheri Stoffel and Michelle Grochocinski and ask questions about PeerPlace. This is an informal chat, not a formal training.
New PeerPlace training resources are now available.
The PeerPlace Resource Directory Q&A Session for PeerPlace Editors (recorded December 18, 2024) resource is now available.
Recordings of all past webinars and drop-in (Q&A) sessions can be found in the PeerPlace Training Vimeo Showcase.
Reminder: Visit the PeerPlace information pages for answers to many of your PeerPlace questions.
